For owners or leadership teams who want experienced input over time.  Typically this is regular check-ins, structured sessions and hands-on support often acting as a sounding board for decisions and keeping focus to where it will add value.

This is typically a monthly retainer fee from £1000-£3500 per month depending on the level of involvement.  
 

Short, focused engagements

This is more around specific problems, transitional moments and change or restructuring  where you need clear scope, defined outcomes and practical delivery or perhaps operational simplification. 

This is usually a one-off fee agreed in advance.  Most projects start at £1500 upwards.
 

Interim or intensive support

Typically when capacity or judgement is needed quickly and normally in the form of short-term leadership support, hands-on involvement with an aim of minimal disruption through high intensity change.

This is structured around time and intensity and rates can be discussed and agreed once the scope is clear. As a guide this is between £500-£800 per day or negotiable on a block booking. Hourly fees are available at £110 per hour.

What am I paying for?

Fees reflect senior judgement, accountability and experience applied directly to your business.  We don't have a junior team, we don't do hands-off involvement and don't have inflated overheads. 

There's no long contracts, no hidden fees and no selling of additional services you don't need.
