Over the past 2 decades we have worked across growth, operations and transformation roles in businesses operating at scale.  This has included setting direction in uncertain conditions, improving how teams and operations actually work and supporting businesses through periods of growth, reset and change.

Much of this work involved making decisions where the cost of getting it wrong was real.  These experiences shape how we work today.
